Corporation said "The biggest difference
between our previous mixers and the JBW Mixing System is the blades
and the fact that the latter units have more power. Also, the
JBW mixer can easily be converted to a tote or even move into a
different drum. ...Although I don't have exact figures, the
JBW Mixer saves us time and money." According to Frank Shuster of Centria, what he considers the most valuable asset of using the JBW Mixer is quick mixing time. "We have approximately reduced mixing time from 30 minutes down to 5 minutes." |

Metals feels one of the important features of the JBW Mixer is the
FERC (mixer top) because it reduces fugitive emissions." Dave Long of ALCOA who previously used blade type mixers said "The JBW Mixer absolutely cleans out the bottom of the drum. We used heavy solid lacquers |

from the drum - everything gets back into the solution. It's
been about five years that we have used the JBW Mixers. When I
started here we had two units, now we have approximately 25 JBW
Mixers." John Pace from NAPCO said "I was very impressed with the operation of
the JBW Mixing System, as were the people on the plant floor.
The mixer pulls right off the bottom of the drum. It is very good
for PVC which is a tough paint to mix." |
